CCS Credit Service Division ripoff scam con artists Las Vegas Nevada
CCS charged us $200 to get a credit card, limit $8,500, then charged us $99.99 x2 , now i have a balance of $118 we haven't used the card once .....
we got a letter for a card with a credit limit of $6,500 whem i called they gave me a $2000 more on top of the $6,500 so now i had $8,500 limit, so we were excited (dummies) so we paid the $200. then without notice they electroicaly charged us $99.99x2 so i called to cancel, well i was informed i couldn't cancel with a balance,
i had to wait for 10-14 days so the $99.99x2 would clear, i went to the bank right away after noticing it on my bank statement well it was to late, so i waited 13 day then we get a letter saying our balance was $118.99 i was furious now, i called well they give you the run around and about 3-4 numbers before you get the right dept.
first number counldn't help me to cancel because i had a balance, said if i send a check for $118.99 then they could cancel, believe it not i had to laugh, i said calmly your company will not get anlther penny from me. so i call the other 800 number all i get is a machine. so then i ran to the bank explaned my situation and the lady was kind to close my account and open me a new one. so i was out about $400. will never do that again.

Thanks for letting me know your story, I was that close to falling for it to. Your letter has lost them at least one customer!!!
