CCS Credit Services Division ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
I recieved a letter and a card in the mail that said that I had 6,500 credit limit. I was excited because my wife and I want to buy a car and we have to build our credit up. Well I called the number to get my credit card activated and I can only buy items out of their catalog.
