CCU/ Kirstin Lustila trying to collect a 16 yr old default from a repo Baltimore Maryland
Trying to re-register my vehicle & CCU won't let me. MVA won't lift the red flag. CCU has brought up a 16 year old default account on a 1995 Dodge Neon against me. It has exhausted me to no end.
I did happen to find the old insurance company on this vehicle. The sweet lady who try to find information on the car could only go back as far as 10 years. It also exhausted her too. She can't believe that CCU is doing this to me.
The bank who financed the car is now Wells Fargo & they couldn't find anything on this vehicle. I have given the MVA & CCU all of this information. They say" it's not good enough". They tell me to pay the debt & the MVA will lift the red flag.
I have been told by a lady that I talked to at the MVA that this vehicle has been to VA, FL, & back in MD. It has been registered, tagged, & insured all 3 times. I haven't had this vehicle in more than 16 years.
