CD Diet & Health They sent a product that they advertised on the Inernet with no instructions or phone number on how to contact them. I found the phone number from another person's complaint, called to cancel any further products and they kept getting my zip code wrong, then tried to sell me another product, and they were just not wanting to cancel the order. I asked for a cancellation number and they said they would send it in an e-mail. I spoke with Chris on 2-27-17!!! San Diego California
I ordered some skin and eye cream from an online company. It did not contain any instructions, phone number to call, or anything to tell me how to cancel any further products. I luckily found a report on this product that gave me the phone number so I called the company. I spoke with someone by the name of Chris, who was not the brightest bulb in the box!!! He asked for my last name several times. I then had to spell it more than once. He then asked for my zip code and said he could not find my account!! He did not have the zip code right. I went throught my zip code with him 5 times before he could get it right. He then proceeded to try to sell me another product, knowing that I was cancelling my acount!!! He said my cancellation number would come in my e-mail!!! He also finally said that he had cancelled my order!!
