CEC Solutions Yea Well everything that you all are saying happened to me too...Actually it's exactly what happened word for word. I think we should do something about it Lafayette Indiana
So everything that happened to you guys happened to me. I paid them off and did everything they wanted me to do and didn't miss a payment. I still do not have my computer and all that other fancy stuff.
I was just about to send this verification letter that makes you put your signature on it. I read it a lot better and found out from this site that it is a fraud. So thank you for warning me.
Basicly the verification says in it: "You and we would have had a right or opportunity to litigate disputes through a court and have a judge and jury decide the disputes but have agreed instead to resolve disputes through binding arbitration. Accordingly, by initialling this section, you agree to waive any right to have a trial by jury". Well f that....to bad for them I didn't turn it in becuase I'm going to go out of my way to get them what they deserve.
It also states that signing this you agree not to bring or participate in class actions. I think that's exactly what we need to do. SO if anyone else agrees or think they can get a case send me something on my email address.
