CPR Debt Recovery. Biznessbuilders.biz Cecil J. Palmer & Ted Bevers embezzled clients money paying for personal bills. ripoff Covina California
In October of 2001 I started working with Cecil Palmer to start up a Collection agency. I named the collection agency - CPR Debt Recovery, LLC. When the corporation was formed Cecil made a comment he hadn't filed taxes in 12 years! Also, all the money coming into the business through collecting debts for clients Cecil went ahead and spent all the money coming in on personal bills. Very little went toward actual business costs.
Well, now a little over a year later he has his personal CPR - Ted Bevers covering for him. They shut down the CPR Debt Recovery, LLC website. However, they also shut down the www.brownlaty.com website. Which is Ted Bevers website. However, if you go to www.buyitplace.com you will see that there is still a link on the site for BLA & Associates which is the www.brownlaty.com website address.
All I asked for was a copy of the website. I agreed to change the name of my copy. However, they tried stating that I gave up my rights when I left. However, the reason I left is because I could not subject myself and my family to their liabilities. Currently, nothing else is happening. Ted Bevers recused himself as CPR Debt Recovery, LLC's accountant because he knows that I have made a formal complaint to the IRS.
I lost over $10,000.00 of investment from my own pay from a job I was also working while trying to put this together. Not once did I take a dime from CPR Debt Recovery, LLC because I wanted the equity within the business to build.
I already had a regular paying position with a University. All I wanted this collections business to do was to build savings for my son's college. Ted Bevers has assisted Cecil Palmer with covering up his tax liabilities. However, now that they are aware of what I have done to date they are trying to make it appear as though CPR Debt Recovery, LLC doesn't exist. However, before I parted company I put notes into the website and also printed the pages so I could show proof of what was going on.
