 My 12 year old niece purchased what we thought to be the most durable customized case they provided and it broke the next day.  Per the receipt it could be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.  Being she spent $50 of her birthday money we tried 3 days later to get a refund and they refused referring us to cellairis corporate.

After trying numerous times to contact corporate with no one answering the phone and having to leave a message that was supposed to be returned within 24 hours each time I called for the fourth time.  My message was simple that I was contacting the Better Businesss Bureau.  I received a call back within 10 minutes. 

Caroline Taylor, the Customer Service Manager told me that they would resolve the issue to my satisfaction.  After 3 days no one ever returned my call or emailed me back. So I emailed again and I received and email back referring me back to the assistant manager at the Parkway Place, Huntsville, AL Kiask.

After speaking with Victoria the assistant manager, she told me that the item must be new and not used, however they placed the cell phone case on the phone while we were in another store and when we got back it was already on the phone, therefore making it a used case.

I think its pathetic that they will not refund her $50 even when the receipt says full refund within 14 days with original receipt.  This company should be taught what customer service is.
