David Breeden is the owner of Cellular-blowout. Clarissa Swallows is the financial person and Armando Chevez (not sure what he does).
I ordered a cell phone and received it very quickly; however, I made a mistake - the cell phone was not compatible with my cellular service.
I called the customer service number and left message after message and no one every returned my call as they indicated. I e-mailed the company and Armando finally responded with a RMA #.
I returned the phone and after about two weeks, I started calling and sending e-mails to find out the status of my refund. I wasn't sure if they were going to approve a refund. Finally, Armando responded indicating that they had received the phone and the person who inspected it had sent it to the credit department to start the process.
This has been a little over 30 days. I've called and sent emails to follow-up on the refund status, but now no one replies to my e-mails. So now, they not only have my $334 but my cell phone too.
There are numerous complaints that have been filed by dissatisfied customers with the Better Business Bureau. I wished I had checked this service first. I could have saved myself $334.
