Cellular Blowout CELLULARBLOWOUT IS A SCAM Agoura Hills California
I recently purchased an unlocked cell phone from cellular-blowout.com. When I got it, I was excited. It didn't take long to get to me. When I looked at the manual, I noticed it was all in another language, which I thought was weird. Then, when I turned the phone on, it was all in Chinese! After pushing different buttons in different menu's, I saw English. So, I got that far. Then I couldn't get service. I researched online how to unlock my new phone. It said I would have to buy a new sim card and put in an Unlocking Code. I got the Sim card but nothing came up that said to put the code in. I called motorola and they told me that it is probably made for China. I spent $121 on a phone that I can't even use!
