Fist of all i would like the readers to know that the employees and ex-employees only did and do what they are told. The churn for cellular express plus is outstanding within the first three months, Funny how it takes an employee three months before he or she is susposed to get a commission check.(commission checks haha). I have acouple of things for all the readers to remember. Matt wood and his crew (sebastian store all the way down to stuart and everything in between)will up the price of the phone usually an additional 50 dollars (check phone prices prior on att.com before coming into the store ) and then to top it all off the they tack on what they call the three piece biscuit and gravy. The three piece biscuit and gray consist of features that the employee is adding onto the account WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!! Be aware that the majority of these charges are gonna be enhanced voicemail, answer tones, detailed billing and many more that the computer system lets you add on to the customers account. The employees whole purpose of adding these features is it only cost u an additional .99-4.99. So when u look at your bill u think that its just the cost of taxes and it avoids confrentation between the employee and u. Me honestly i would raise hell and i would go to the vero beach mall and demand an explanation from matt woods himself. If enough people get a print off of the service agreement the will see that when the service agreement is printed it doesnt contain any of the additional charges that will be racked on your account as soon as you leave the store.

How can I get involved? I can't leave my info on here, but I want to participate in the suit. The only problem I think we might run into is that they have us sign an arbitration agreement, which means we have to bring it up to an arbitrator.

I KNOW WHO YOU ARE REPLYING. YOU WERE FIRED FOR SOME BULLSH*T. LEGAL ACTION IS IN THE WORKS AND THE STEPS ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED TO RECTIFY THEIR SHADINESS. IS THERE A WAY FOR YOU TO LEAVE ME YOUR CONTACT INFO? I HAVE SEVERAL EMPLOYEES ALREADY SIGNING UP FOR THIS SUIT.

Everything that everyone is saying is exactly right! This company has a long history of making the rules up as they go and all to benefit the owner. I actually made it to a year of working with them and was fired after demanding an answer as to why I had not received my commission check for several months. Unfortunately people don't tend to read about them BEFORE applying or even going to the store for sales. The company not only treats their employees horribly but their tactics are scary (and likely illegal). For instance, after working with the company for about 7 or so months I ended up switching the a new store with a new District Manager (unfortunately as my older DM was actually quite a decent person) and this guy "taught" me his way of boosting his stats. He said the owner knew all about it and approved of it and that I should do it to so they wouldn't be criticizing me for my low "feature averages." They basically are just going in and adding features to your account that you never approved of and wouldn't likely notice as it's just a dollar or two more each month. I was shocked to see that he did this without the customers approval and even more shocked that the owner approved of it. TO me this seems like it could be a legal issue as the customer is not aggreeing to or even requesting to have these add-ons to their phone account. Now this is just one of the many things that Cellular Exp Plus does that is seriously unprofessional and I could go on forever with the rest. Overall they not only treat their employees like crap by not paying them what they should be paid but they rip off customers. All individuals should be wary of this company. I wish I could go on but maybe another time.
