My wife works a hour and 15minutes away from home so I was told that Cell one was the best company to go to for her and I to keep connected when she is on the road well her phone was messed up from day one and we made several complaints reguards to the phone and then finally got a loaner phone from the company they use for the insurance claims well the phone was very dirty nasty scratched up everything so she used the phone until they sent her another phone witch came in refurbished used and still not working we sent the loaner back in the same form they sent it to us and we were charged a full price for the phone they claim we broke it in half and it took them over 9 months to let us know that it was even broke and then charged us for it yes 9 months later no not anything tell us that there was something wrong with it.

Well we contacted cell one to find out what to do they refused to help us out and we tried everything to get the insurance company to help us to figure it out as well there was no help at all from either one we were charged an extra 100.00 and no answers so after trying to get this fixed cell one said it is not their problem and did not want to deal with it so we decided to cancel because of the problem not just with the loaner but my wifes phone still did not work right it always cut out dropped calls everything at first I thought it was my wife then I took her phone for a few weeks and it did it to me as well so we took it to 2 different Cell One stores in which both said the samething that the phone had issues now realize this is the 2nd phone so we got a 3rd and it did the same thing they refused to get us another model and wanted us to pay for a new phone why it was not us it was the phone that did not work so we got fed up with it and called customer service to cancel the guy I talked to was a real nice guy who actually listen to what I had to say and during our call he informed me that he would take care of the early termation fees and we would not have to worry about it any more after our final bill so I paid what I thought was the final bill and then received another bill for cancelation showing I owed $288.65 for the early term.

I have called several times back to cell one to get this resolved and I have been promised that I would get a return call and have not this has gone on since August 2007 today is now October 12, 2007 and again today my wife called to try and get this fixed and of course she was told that they could not talk to her even after I gave them permission and was sitting right there next to her they said they will call me back.

Hello do they need a marriage linsence to see we are married because if so then they should not discuss past due bills with anyone other then the person on the bill this is starting to get really agrevating. I dont feel I owe them anything since in the first place they never did fix the problem and we complained and complained and complained so many times and then we get a broken phone for a loaner and we are being charge for the phone that was already broken. Their customer service is not very good. Their service here in PA is not the best it has so many drop calls and fuzzy sounds in it. If anyone owes anybody they owe me for all the problems and issues we have had and the trouble of running to the store on several occassions trying to get it fixed....
