CellularOne has very poor service in my area, have requested twice to have area checked out.  Gave me a discount of $25.00 a month for three months then $10.00 a month for six months later on.  By doing so it extended my contact two years even through I own my own phone.  I just paid them $100 dollars to get out of my data program because I couldnt use it at my location and thought that would be cheaper than keeping it for two more yearts.  Tried talking to Martha a rep who was rude and not willing to extend any information or help other than saying it would have to be checked out for service in our area.  She said I turned in a service complaint in 2008 and didnt know I had turned in one recently.  I asked if I had signed any contract with CellularOne and she told me it was all verbal and no signature required but I was legally held to the contract.  CellularOne is nothing but a waste of time in our area, AT&T was much better even though the cost was a little more.  I would never recommend anyone trying CellularOne and if they do beware of contrct traps.
