We are a proud member of the better business bureau, pride our company on shipping product same day. We have this customer's tracking number, showing the product was shipped and accepted. We would gladly send out a second package if the customer CLAIMS they did not get the product. We do NOT issue rebates. The carrier issues rebates. We would gladly assist this customer in getting their rebates from Sprint PCS if they LOST their rebate form. We do this on a day to day basis.
