I was researching the best cell phone plan I could via the internet. I came across one site that helped me pick my plan and stated that if I purchased my plan and phone through them I would get $100 rebate for the phone (exact cost) and a free accessory pack which included a hands free ear phone microphone, leather case, belt clip, and cigarette lighter adaptor.

Since everyone I know gets there phones for free with new service this seemed reasonable. So I signed up with this company. Within a week my new phone arrived. It was as advertised and after a little problems with programming I had it up and working fine.

Then I emailed the campany to complain that I had not received the accessory pack or rebate information. They responded the same day stating that it had been sent out priority mail and I should receive it shortly. Well I waited 11 days and still had not received either the accessory pack or rebate info.

So I emaled them again. 3 Days later they responded saying "All accessory packages should have gone out by now. If you do NOT get your accessories within 7 days, I will send out two pair of each. I must wait the 7 days for our systems show all back-orders went out the past two days." Eight days later I emailed them again to tell them I still had not received these items.

This time they didn't respond. Three days later I emailed them again. No responce again. 4 days later I emailed them for one final time. Again no resonse. I would say that I was ripped off.

I ended up paying $100. for the phone, $20 for a hands free package and now I will spend about $40 for the cigarette lighter adaptor. I will live without the belt clip and leather case. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I suspect they get a commission from all who buy through their website. So they make money and you get ripped off.

We are a proud member of the better business bureau, pride our company on shipping product same day. We have this customer's tracking number, showing the product was shipped and accepted. We would gladly send out a second package if the customer CLAIMS they did not get the product. We do NOT issue rebates. The carrier issues rebates. We would gladly assist this customer in getting their rebates from Sprint PCS if they LOST their rebate form. We do this on a day to day basis. Unfortunately, when you deal with thousands of customers some are quick to complain and we end up shipping free products at our expense to help. Please feel free to call us anytime at 888-207-2233
