I was on youtube looking to find unlock code for samung s4 active. I found some guy displaying how he got the codes so it was cellunlocker.net. so I went to the site not reserching but I did real a lil bit 100% money back garentee,whatever it 4 days no responese to my email but they sent a receipt. That absolutely does nothing but tell me ive been ripped off.so if theres anyone reading this from cellunlocker.net my email Is (((Redacted))) please I just want my codes back thanks for the inconvenience and lack of anyone working to satisfy customers. This has been a good experience about how un safe it is to order things over the Internet not everthing u see is real or what it claims to be from now on if I cant but it on ebay or amozon im not buying. Thank you ripoffreport.

Sorry for the inconvenience. However, I do see we responded to your email. Have you tried contacting us via phone or chat for more information? Or tracked your order on our wbesite? If you contact us again, I'd be glad to provide you with a screenshot showing we responded to your email in which we didn't get a response back. If your order meets our refund requirements that were agreed upon at check out then we have no problem refunding the order.

Im sorry to hear that you got ripped off. Technically due to the DMCA only the cellphone carriers can give you a functional code to unlock your old phone. However, I am DELIGHTED to see some COMMON SENSE FINALLY!!!!! Ok so you put your TRUST into a website/purchase and you got screwed. But in YOUR CASE it only took once for YOU to see the light!!!!! NOTHING is as it seems on the web!!! I figured this out LONG AGO!!! Kinda back in the myspace days when my father was using his profile to try and get dates. Using outdated pictures and information to describe himself. That right there opened my eyes to the dangers of the web. I can tell YOU anything at all to describe myself. I could say Im a 6'4" white male with green eyes but the reality could be FAR DIFFERENT!!! We as the American Consumer have put more trust into a bunch of pretty pictures then we would put into a stranger on the street. THAT is part of Americas financial problems.
The criminals are stealing hundreds of billions of dollars from us all and WE are LETTING THEM DO SO!!!! I congradulate YOU!! It ONLY took getting burned once before YOU opened your eyes to the inherent dangers of the web. PLEASE pass this message on to your friends and family!! let THEM know what YOU experienced!!! Stay off the web and just go to the store!!! It MAY be more expensive, but YOU have more rights then you do online!!! Its a lot safer and it helps out your local community!!!! think about how many businesses have been destroyed because of online shopping. Don't get me wrong!! Online shopping HAS A PLACE!!!!! But ONLY from trusted sites and NOT for practically everything!!! On a side note AWAY from my rant lol. All you have to do is contact the original carrier for your cellphone and request a unlock code. They will check to see if the phone is under contract and not stolen. If those criteria are met then they will give you a unlock code.
