I purchased a used car at this dealership. We agreed on a fair price, which included all tax, fees, and lic. I also had a trade in which would bring the price down. The contract when I got home had added tax, fees, and license, and was 3000 extra dollars.High blue book was 3500 less than I paid. When I called back, less than 12 hr later, they were unsympathetic. Although I had two witnesses on the original deal, they simply said they couldn't do anything "you signed the deal". They said they did not have a three day return policy, but I could trade up. I could have purchased a new vehicle at their dealership for the same price as they charged me for a used car but it would still cost more with the fees, lic, etc... I was very unhappy and did not want another deal from them. After that they would not return my calls. When I went back to cancel my warrenty, I was told my contract was upstairs "locked up", the finance guy wanted to rewrite my contract without the warrenty...yet would not rewrite the contract to reflect the real agreement we had made. I went to Centennial Hyundai and traded the car, I was upside down in the car, but they gave me the same model car, only brand new, with a warrenty & with only a $30 bump in payment!!! By the way I'm one of those rare people with 800 + credit. It doesn't matter who you are; A rip off is a Rip off! Don't deal with Centennial Toyota, they are not true to their word! This is not unusual in this town as I noted on your site, wish I had found this site before I purchased!

SLUDGE POEM is a poem about Toyota's former CEO who quit his position two weeks after SLUDGE POEM was posted on 8-23-2007! He QUIT on 9-6-2007!!!!!!!!! SLUDGE POEM 2 is about Toyota's current President in Japan, Katsuaki Watanabe, who obviously has EXTREME mental issues, wouldn't you agree? He must think that a SAMURAI is a person who SLAUGHTERS the innocent, when in fact, it's a person who believes in SERVING mankind! (He needs help, doesn't he?) Guess what? There is something called- KARMA! And it has taken over!!! Toyota's stock is now at $61.20 per share!! It will continue to DECLINE in 2008 & in 2009. (Hey, that rhymes!) It'll contiue to DECLINE in 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Write a poem- they'll all know him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TO ALL TOYOTA SHAREHOLDERS- SELL YOUR STOCK NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can always buy it back on January 23rd when it should be around its LOWEST point, O.K.? You see, 'Annual Sales Reports' will come out in early 2009 and almost ALL Publicly Held Companies will see their STOCKS fall sharply!!! Sell your Toyota stock NOW, and buy it back (if you want to) in late January, when it should sink another 20% to 30%, do you understand??? Thank you. I'm Karl, and I approve this 'Update'. P.S. You can actually 'Google' these words- FUNO SAID TO JIMMY PRESS TOO MUCH HEAT AND TOO MUCH STRESS, and it will take you to another Toyota Ripoff Report. Those words are the NEW lyrics to that favorite Christmas song- 'Hark, The Herald Anges Sing'. It was posted last year!! Happy Holidays to EVERYONE!!!!
