Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I made the mistake of signing up on 5 phones for my company.

When you ask any Centennial rep in the Grand Rapids area "how much will this cost per month" Take that number and double it. They have so many fee's it is criminal. You will be charge services you never asked for, and were not aware they could even charge extra for. Example: if you want a "detailed bill" there is a fee. In other words they charge you extra so that you can see your bill in detail... You have to be kidding.

Secondly, when they tell you, We will wave the activation fee. Don't believe them, they lie. I have seen three different reps, one in the mall on 28th street (the booth is now empty). Steve originally sold me the bill of goods, and tells me, "I will have Katie wave the activation fee." Lie.

A month later, one of the girls in the Centennial office across the street from the mall. "Yes, I just credited your fee" Lie.

Several more weeks later I seen Tony in the same office. "I emailed Katie and she waved the $250 activation fee" Lie.

Third, if for some reason this still sound good and you sign a 30 month contract with them. Don't get the Blackberry pearl, you won't be able to dial the phone unless your fingers a smaller in diameter than a pencil. However your blackberry will dial out to the one of numbers you stored when it is in your holster, so be carefull what you say!

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your local store regarding your credit for the activation. Have you spoken with anyone in customer care about the credit that was suppose to be applied? They are more than willing to call a store/area manager and have issue resolved in the matter of 1 phone call. If you are having issues with a local store, please call customer care at 1-800-493-3121 and they will do what is needed. If we as a company are not made aware of the problems, how can we fix them for you? Also, how is it Centennial's fault for the way a blackberry is made? You obviously picked out the phone at your local office and knew what you were getting, let's keep this legit.
