Center4grants over charged my account at bank for $2.95 video by $70.00 Internet
They stated only cost was $2.95 for shipping and handling. This was charged. Then on the same day they charged a courtesy fee of $30.00. On 1-24-09 they charged $39.95, and I do not know why.
