Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/SHADY PRACTICES Phoenix Arizona
I have been trying to get this company's customer support people everyday for the last 7 days at 888-692-8352. The automated phone system never connects you to a person. I have received some supplement capsules and want to return them (need RMA number) and cancel all future orders. I also checked BBB (Better Business Bureau) in Phoenix and Largo, Florida (this is CCN's fulfillment center). This Company has an unfavorable record at both BBB's due to alot of customer complaints.
I have read many customer complaints on-line and feel I will need to cancel my credit card in order to avoid them billing me for these products I do not want and will return any shipments in the future. I have spent a great deal of time (e-mail, telephone, and mail) to make sure I have cancelled any future orders; however, this Company does not confirm and/or respond to the customer.
BEWARE. This Company has so many customer complaints, it seems something should be done by Federal communications.
