On Dec. 4 2008 I ordered a "free trail sample" of both Acai Pure and Colopure.

The shipping charges were $4.95 and $5.95. 10 days after receiving the 2 bottles, I was charged $29.95 to fit-factory, supposedly for membership. I notified "fit-factory" and did receive a refund on my card for $29.95 on Dec. 26. On December 22, 2008, there were charges of $38.95 and $39.95 on my account. On Dec. 26, 2008, I called about these charges, and I was told that the shipping charges were for a 15-day "risk free trail" and that I should have read the agreement more closely. After 15 days, since I hadn't returned the unused portion of the samples, I was charged the full amount of $38.95 and $39.95. I was also told (by a very rude woman on their phone line) that I was not a very good consumer and that I should read the agreements and return policies more closely. There was nothing in either of those documents that said I would be charged the full amounts if not returned within 15 days. Now I fear that I will have to cancel my credit card in order to stop further unauthorized charges. When I called on Dec. 26, I did tell them to cancel my membership or subscription and I made a second call to verify that the cancellation was recorded. I also sent an e-mail to cancel. This company needs to be investigated because they lure people to order their products by claiming health benefits and weight loss, but make it sound like there is no obligation beyond the "risk free trail." I want my $38.95 and $39.95 back and any further charges to stop!
