In early November, I placed a sample order with these companies for $5.95. I did receive the samples on or about November 16, 2008. On November 17, 2008, I noted that my credit card was charged back on November 11th for $44.85 and $45.85 respectively, far above the initial price offer from these companies.

Also on November 17th, I attempted to call the 888 numbers to inquire directly with the company of this charge and to cancel this account. I was told by the company I reached that I did not have an account, they have never charged my card and I was not a customer. Confused by this, I attempted again to call on November 18th where I was informed there was a 5 hour wait for a Customer Service Rep due to high demand. I held on the line for 30 minutes and hung up. I since mailed my credit card company all of the documentation I have on these transactions and filed disputes.

The company has completely been deceptive about this product/promotion they appear to be scamming the public for. I have spent countless hours now for over 4 months. I have changed credit card numbers and filed a fraud report. If you are a card holder with Capital One, all I can is beware, they are siding with this company and not resolving the issue.

Something needs to be done about companies running these scams period. Not to mention in such perilous financial times. IF you receive any product in subsequent shipments, take the time and go to the post office and send it back with a delivery confirmation receipt. Two of the refused shipments I sent back are in the USPS lala land and have not been returned to the company. I am not getting any assistance from the USPS on those tracked shipments either.
