Central Coast Nutraceuticals This company charged me for additional products I never ordered. I only ordered POM Clear which was only supposed to be $4.95 for shipping. When I received my order, the total came out to $44.85 charged to my credit card, for two additional items I NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM!! When I tried to telephone them, all I get is an automated system. I hope they don't get away with their ripoff tactics Largo Florida
Just recently I ordered a one month supply of POM Clear from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. It was understood I would only be charged $4.95 for the shipping charges. However, today I was quite irritated when I received my order, and the total bill for $44.85-for TWO ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS I NEVER ORDERED, was charged to my credit card without any prior knowledge.
Immediately I tried to contact the company by telephone, but all I get is an interminable automated system stating their unavailability due to the high volume of calls. In addition, I emailed them with the details, and they never responded to my email.
Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. should not get away with their sneaky tactics and charges for stuff I do not desire to purchase, nor have any intentions of purchasing. All I wanted to do was try out one product called POM Clear, not to fill my system with all these other unnecessary products I do not have any interest in. Therefore it is not fair to charge me for stuff I never agreed to purchase, as well as getting stuck with an expensive bill. Moreover, I would also like to warn others about this. I am also concerned this company will continue to charge for more unnecessary stuff to my credit card and I will be stuck with more expensive bills. How many other people have they done this to, I wonder?
Please someone get back to me and kindly let me know what should be done to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
