Great Pilots but dis-satisfied with management.  I flew with them for over 3 years.  If you miss a payment, they add over $25 a month in late fees.  When you pay, they operate like a "Fast Cash" company and only apply your deposit to the balance not the fees... effectively making it a game of ever late fee charging, and never really catching up to pay off.   I'll never return.

It started with a missed payment in the middle of a customer also late paying my company.   After a few months had gone by (and other flights conducted).  It was brough to my attention that the flight had not been paid, and the invoice had a late fee on it.   I ceased all further flights, and argued over the validity of the charges.   Over the next several months i made a payment and they agreed to apply it to the total balance and stop charging late fees.   

I did not recieve a statment for 2 months...  upon month 3, the next statment had another 75 in late fees applied.    Were going on aonther few months and Central Refuses to stop charging late fees while your paying the balance.   

This is literally the worst aircraft rental company i've had the nightmare of working with.. for so long... its unfortunat they are just looking to catch thier pilots and customers into a looping money trap.   

if you want to see how bad they are..  search faa records for central flying service... they nearly lost the business due to a serious crash.   Management is done by family members, its frightening this is the FBO at Little Rock National Airport.    Holey Crap!

The author of the complaint is well known to Central.  He has been past due on his account for some time.  Central applies a $25 late fee to an account when no payment is made by the end of the current month.  The author has a difficult time understanding the concept.  He has been charged a late fee when he fails to make a payment.  He is not charged a late fee when he makes a payment no matter how small.  The author filed his report the day before we had email traffic wherein I told him that I would remove the late fees if he would simply pay off his outstanding balance.  At the time, I did not know he had filed this report.  As a company entering its 80th year in business, it should be quite apparent we are not a "Fast Cash" company.
