This is a strange one:

I ordered both CenturyLink DSL Internet and Cox Cable modem internet in the process of moving into my new apartment in Tucson AZ.

During that process I picked a speed and price point for both services and ordered them online. In each case I only ordered the Internet service and NO television or cable service.

Cox had me ostensibly speak to a person named Vincent Castro (Fidel?). More on this later.

CenturyLink was a internet order as was Cox but Cox wanted to confirm with the installer etc. So I spoke to him.

CenturyLink confirmed the speed level and price in an email and promised tracking for when the DSL modem shipped.

It never came and the router/modem showed up with no warning and a claim it did not ship yet.

Cox did the install before that and had me going with the cable modem in short order and I began to use it.

Once CenturyLink got the modem to me I also set it up and it would not work. This required a tech and line person to come out and set up the wiring. Problems likely the fault of the landlord.

So once that was done then the DSL was working also.

My first bill arrives and instead of the $39.95 for the service I was billed $99.95 with the claim I am also getting their Prism TV service and I am not.

This then got into a dialog via chat and their website's "Engagement Window" that had various female employees indicate to me that I had ordered something I had not, that being DSL and Prism. And this went on for many iterations of what ended up being a form of harassive and abusive behavior with them telling me they knew more about what I purchased than I did.

As of this point still I have the email confirming the order and a screen grab of the website page offering this price and speed.

This went on and on etc and then I receive a phone call from a male CenturyLink person who did not give his name, he started giving me orders as to my need to answer a phone, was verbally abusive and harassive, indicated they would not "Honor Their Vows" for service. get the idea? We have a marriage/murder/divorce going on now.

This was nothing less than completely incredible CRAP !

These are Federally regulated telecom carriers and they engage in this pattern of theft, fraud, abuse and theft etc?

RUN away from this nonsense.

This was done intentionally as some kind of personal slur of me ! ! !

Please remove it.

Fascinating how you avoided all the real substance of the problem and just decided to blame me somehow.

Doing just as they would hope to do and with you proving me right again.

You are done. Being the trite and banal loser you are.

Robert, why bother proving you are one more nut of many?

To Robert overall and his comments:

"What in the world did Quest and Cox do to "conspire" with CenturyLink?"

I just wrote that. A form of reprisal and offer of duress, etc done to pressure or influence me and to denigrate my character.

The fraud and abuse here was epic, it took me almost one month of being on the phone all day every day to resolve this mess ! ! !

WAY TOO MUCH DRAMA ! ! ! Filled with lame vanity and crapola.

"For that matter what did CenturyLink do in reprisal and vigilantism, and how in the world did that get equated to Murder?"

They did as I said, offered vanity, fraud, theft and harassment on top of other hostile behaviors to attack me personally in their want to offer service. It is a death penalty case and they conspired, more than one person is involved.  People in Tucson are involved as are the State and the Police.  It relates to child harms to me and others.  Sorry for you but you should be less quick to support such problems by blaming victims Robert.  Chair fits your a*s now.

"Sorry but for what seems like nothing more than a possible Customer Service issue you come off as a freakin' nut, Where it is pretty much impossible to take anything you wrote as fact."

Could be but then that proves you a fool. Problem is the acts were recorded since they are regulated telecom and they did happen. Again since you did not witness it you can't claim they did not happen and they did. Both CTL and Cox had to accomodate me and reverse themselves. Problem is it happened. And then left the accounts in bad standing. See the point?

"By the way, why in the world do you need two Internet Connections?"

To make you look stupid maybe? How about I do as I want, maybe if one breaks I can use the other? Why do you use a cell phone? Being the idiot you are.

Being you are the nut, did the concept of murder in USA end last year or some such thing? It does go on, only needs to have gone on in the past to be a situation now right?

You look a fool dude.

Go silence someone else's voice, maybe just yours now.

Robert, one question for you.

You can speak to the fact you can claim these events did not take place?

Address that one point please.  What are the facts, tell me since you were NOT present.

We will wait.

You tell me, why did they do it?  The point is they did.

Explain the phone calls to me. Please do so.

Explain the behavior please.  Since you know it all better.

As to what I do, I do as I please.  Why do you watch TV?

Or use the computer at all?

Or better yet, why did you respond at all?  Since you need zero net connections not to.

Per your logic.

As I said it was a SLUR. Innuendo is part of that.
