CenturyLink They send a couple if bills to collection and i never had contract with them i dont even have the phone line charlotte North Carolina
Hi there my name is Antonio Fortuna and i received yesterday a colletion letter for the amount if 232.03 that i allegedly owe to centurylink.
I am living in Miami Beach now i just moves from Naples Fl.
While i was in Naples i decided to put the cable service and i contacted centurylink. I was told however that the area was mot serviceable and that i did not have the phone cable in rhe house.
They told me that a technician would have came and put the cable. No one ever showed up, no one. So just after a few weeks for work related reason i moved to miami beach.
After a month being there i went back to naples to my old address where a couple of my roomates still live and i notice i had in the the saved mail a couple of century link letters. They were bills i apparently owed the company for having called them i guess. I called eite away and furiously explained i did not evem had the phone line in my joise cause they never puy it and how were they charging me bills if i never even saw a techbician.
The supervisor i talked to ensure me that he would have raking care of the issue and that i would have receved a zero balance bill from them.
I was relieved until i received a new bill arrived i was expecting zero balance as promised instead was a new 231.06 bill i owed them. I called again furious i spoke with a certain LUke who ensured methat everything was goig to be taking care if again the story again. I heard this paid people to tell me bs to tell me a sack of baloney (to be nice).
I thought this time they would have really taking my case mire seriously. Insted my dear fellow readers yesterday i received a collection notice/ letter from I.C. SYSTEM, INC collecting money for centurylink.
I feel powerless and frustrated at rhe same time. Why this scam bags have to rip me off and ruin my credit and i never had their services. They never did what the promise never gave me service. How can the possibly just send bills without installing equipment and all if that??
Stay away from centurylink they are serious scammers. That is why they ask you all your info even before you even decide if you want their service or not. Once you give the infos they are just gonna do it for you.
I really want to strike back i really want to see them go down for this one. I am paying a high price for their negligence.
Please someone help cause i donno where to start but i feel so much frustration
