ceramicportraits.com diana litvak took our order for a memorial portrait of a passed away family member and never made it for us. Never refunded money just ignored us. This company thrives on grieving people. Do not trust this company los angeles, California
ceramicportraits.com promised to make a beautiful memorial portrait of our family members that are no longer with us. After paying hundreds of dollars to this company no satisfactory portraits were ever made. When we inquired about the status we never received an answer. We tried calling them and they don't answer their phone. This company took money from us when we were in a vulnerable state of grieving our loved ones.

In the future, we hope before you post false information (as this individual did) - do your homework first.
We at Ceramic Portraits believe that individual that has no knowledge of anything with our company posted this report.
You should be absolutely ashamed of your comments, in fact, we are embarrassed for you and wish that state of grieving your loved ones doesnt come to you soon.
- For the last 15 years our company has been
working with memorial dealers directly not with the general public,
however in the future we may consider it. - Our company recognizes that working with
grieving families is one of the most important things, we are dedicated
to providing services to customers to their satisfaction and because of
that we do not require upfront payments. - Memorial service dealers process payments to us
after customer receives original photo, memorial portrait, and are
completely satisfied. - Diana Litvak is the owner, however she doesnt
work directly with our clients. - The most important thing is that we do not just
promise, we make beautiful memorial portraits helping to soothe the pain
and the difficulty of grief.
