certegy/target these people are declining checks because they"might" be fraudulent becuz they fit the "model".. Internet
I was shopping at target and was purchasing a new phone. My check was declined for the second day in a row. i was so upset and humilated after taking a long time to decide on my phone. So i call the company and get a recording saying it was nothing negative and they are sorry. So i call back talk to a customer service lady and she says becuz it fits "the model" of a fraudent check it was decline. Ok give me the supervisor this is insane. Same story..too bad for me use another form of payment.
If i had that I would have used it..what is up with these people? So i say give me your supervisor..sorry she is gone for the day...give me the vm. So i left a rather heated message. Doubt anyone will return my call. What a bunch of crap! I see on their site if you purchase their gold whatever you can be guaranteed. Well certegy i will walk a mile and use only cash and you can kiss my butt. Also if target will continue using them I will go t Walmart which i hate....

Steven, your advice is childish. Obviously, the original poster did not want to use a Debit Card. Obviously, you are a MORON for assuming Check writing is obsolete. Obviously, your brain is smaller than your left eyeball because corporations like Certegy RELY on check writing to stay in business. So shove your advice up your a*s. You are nothing more than an ignorant, cowardly piece of crap who trolls the Certegy reports because you feel it makes you look good as a Certegy fanboy. The bottom line is, if you work for Certegy, you feel threatened by the sheer volume of reports coming out due to Certegy's faulty fraud detection. It is wrong, it does not work and it's nothing more than a device to sell their crappy system to big businesses. As these reports mount and the FTC, BBB get them, Certegy is GOING TO lose business. Does that scare you? It should. Now, why dont you take my advice and go find another job Captain Certegy.

Newsflash! Checks are OBSOLETE!
Why not just use a debit card?
It's safer, easier, and faster.
And, to further piss on your wheaties, most of the big retailers use Certegy, so, your check will most likely be declined at Wal-Mart too!
Once again.....I'll say it slow.....D-E-B-I-T- C-A-R-D...
