I too was taken by this company. I just wanted to voice my frustration here... Rangers Apprentice seems to have lots of info - its says ex-employee next to the name. I wonder if this is one of the folks that screwed me. If you don't mind ranger what is your real name? Were you my representative? I feel these employees were somewhat responsible and I hate that I have to read about this ranger fella telling us what to do when he was probably apart of the whole thing. I don't want to post names here but my representative really didn't to a great job and I feel I was pushed around the whole time. I just don't trust anyone anymore. I feel estranged by this ex-employee coming here - what is the true purpose? I am skeptical when a person that was working for the company that screwed us is now acting like they are trying to help us. Seems to me they are just trying to enact revenge instead of actually help us.

According to another report on ROR, all of the employees were put out on the street by Wade Carlson and Spencer Carlson (the owners of Certified). The employees were probably doing good work (including Kristen). The Carlsons shut the business down with no warning. File a dispute with your bank for the draft they took out. You might get your money back. If anybody paid them with a credit card, file a dispute with the card company after sending a letter to Certified. The company is an LLC, so the Carlsons have some legal protection and cannot be directly held liable for Certified's debts. However, if a fraud case could be made, the legal shield might be able to be breeched. The Registered Agent is Spencer Carlson and his address for legal service has been posted on this site. Do a search and you should find it. Good Luck!!!
