Complaint Review: CF LANE LLC - Atlanta Georgia

 I moved into Adams house apts August 31,2015. The first month was OK but October rolled around & the neighbor's true colors came shining bright as day, the boy that lives right next door to me would get up @ 11:00 am & blast his music I would have to go knock on his door & ask him to turn it down he would for a sec. or 2 but back to blasting it mind you I work from 3:30-11:30 pm I usually don't return home until about 1am but he's up playing loud music & his friends are out on the porch loud with no respect to the other tenants, from October-January this year I lived in hell I constantly reported these acts to the rental office even went as far as calling the main office. I was approached by the boy next door to me &

asked why I don't come outside I'm like I work & I don't hang out so he asked me to take his number I wrote it on a kitchen utensil I'd just bought I never called him he saw me & asked why I told him I didn't like him like that so as time went on it's now June he (the boy next door) told me his b-day was on the 3rd I replied & said I hope I have to work that day he was like why I said so I won't have to hear all that noise I went as far as scheduling my day @ work so I could be @ work when all of this is taking place but unfortunately he had his party on the day I asked off so while all this is taking place I'm also dealing with the ppl in the rental office because they told me I'm responsible for a bed bug treatment which

I knew I wasn't responsible for so the manager told me she wouldn't renew my lease because I didn't pay them $450 so I couldn't find anywhere to move to so I spoke with the manager & she let me stay on as long as I made payments towards the pest control my lease was in renewal stage but I hadn't got around to signing it OK September is here I made my first pymnt of $100 so I told the manager that my next door neighbor is a nuisance he has his girlfriend & her 3 kids living there as well as his mom in a 2bdrm the kids would run in & out slamming the doors no respect @ all so the manager says well we need to have a mediation & I looked @ her like are kidding me I told her I know he hasn't said I make noise

or anything else of the sort I expressed to her that I work from 3:30-11:30 when would I have time to do anything if I'm @ WORK!! on September 14th the maintenance personnel came to fix my stove there was nothing on my porch nor was it there on the 13th when I got home from work but when I was leaving out the door for work there lays a piece of paper laying in front of my door with all my personal business on it so I proceeded to the rental office & asked did they send letters out on the 13th of September her reply was yes I then told her I just got mine this morning because my petty neighbor who I wouldn't have anything to do with throwed it back out there the manager walked in & asked was I OK my

reply NO IM NOT!! She asked why I then told her the boy next door took my letter out the door ystrdy & just threw it on the porch her reply: you will have to prove that he did it now I'm HOT!! I can't believe she just said this not I'll look into it just I would have to prove it, now it's September 15th the day I promised to come in & pay my rent so I ask the receptionist if I sign my new lease so I'm sitting there patiently waiting in excitement until..... the manager comes around the corner & says she's not renewing anyone's lease until we have mediation & I told her I'm not having mediation because as I told you I haven't did anything so she told me to write a statement so I did & expressed how the boy next

door to me was mad because I wouldn't have anything to do with him & how he rings my doorbell @ various hours of the night/mornings but come to find out she's having relations with the same person I've complained about & to think my complaints we're being handled only to get another shocker my manager is the regional manager & all the complaints go directly to her now I know why he's here still one night I got got home from work the boy next door & his girlfriend are fighting so I get in the house next thing I hear someone beating on a door so I run to my door but it's the SWAT TEAM beating on his door trying to get him to come out but he's here still POOR MANAGEMENT!!
