I ordered two pairs of UGG boots online, not thinking much of it. The site appeared to be legit, advertising using the UGG logo and using the UGG boot descriptions. I received the order several weeks later only to discover that only one pair of boots were shipped, and they were a very obvious replica of the authentic item.I have followed their online instructions to begin processing the return of the boots I did receive and inquire about the remainder of my order three times with no response. My only recourse is to notify my credit card as well as their merchant account in hopes of fixing this situation.Please do not order form this company as not to further support this scam.
