Chad Mason for years has traveled city to city and state to state using people for his own financial purposes. If you know Chad Mason don't be like all the others who have loaned him money. If you do, you should just call it a loss because he never pays back people for the kind things they have done for him. Beware of this person. Don't be the victim of his next financial scam.

My name is David Goad. I have commented on this thread and Chad Mason in the past. Unfortunately, I am not able to remove or edit my previous posting due to the length of time, non-existant email, etc.
But there is something that must be said. The comments that I made years ago were wrong. Wrong of me and wrong in general. I have never known Chad to be anything other than a straight up guy. He was always legit. The band, Semantics, and Tigel Records as a company took a difficult and very personal conflict with Chad and made it professional.
He is a good man and a great artist. A talent.
This is not a website for picking on individual people. You cant take back the words that you type here. This website should be used for consumers and illegitimate companies. Not to provide backlash for personal vendettas.
Chad, My apology to you came long ago. I am sorry it took so long for me to edit this webpage.

If there is any truth to this, why have you not left your last name or contact information? What cities are you referring to? I can give proof of residency going back 10 years, as well as proof of employment in these cities, a clean background check, and excellent references for people I really lived with. I have never ripped anyone off, If I did, I am not hard to find and i would be in jail right now. When I find out who is writing this stuff, (I think its the same person because the they are all submitted within the same day or two) Im suing you for slander.

Hello, My name is David Goad. I am the Owner of Tigel Records and a member of the Ventura, Ca. based band, Semantics. 15 minutes ago I came across this site and my heart stopped. Due to certain events that have taken place in the last 24 hours I can no longer take Chad's word on his "past". Which brings me to this site. This is not really a response to this one individual account on ripoff report, but all of them. Chad Mason joined Semantics in November of 2008 and his time with the band has ended as of this morning. My sympathy goes out to all of the kind-hearted people that have helped him, only to be scammed. There is no longer any working or personal relationship with Tigel Records/Semantics and Chad Mason. I do not know Chad's excuses or reasons for the things that he has done to people in the past. I can only hope that Tigel Records and Semantics will be left out of future discussions.
