This company has a Uncle Tom slave driving mentality the new GM Bill Mccoy is a w***e munger comparable to Rev.Hornbuckle or Bishop Eddie Long , who sleeps with all the female staff . The company charge's clients for armed guards and sends over unarmed guards also they pay there guards terribly $7.25 and hour and when you ask for a raise they find a reason to terminate you . Also post are left unguarded for hours with no mention to the poor client.

First of all its true about Bill Mccoy when it comes to sleeping with all the new women, and then when you try to file a complaint to HR which is male dominated besides Miss K who is Bill go to, then you are told to hush and that Bill will not do that and the reason why is because Bill has put in the ground work to make the company expand, so he can do no wrong. And they all know this these are facts. And pastor you should be ashamed of this but I guess it don't matter to you cause it's all about the money right TV show now, big timer. This company is a joke lowest wages and bill rates in texas. They won't go far it's a cycle of ignorance. Thanks for guiding your people pastor now you see why people are leaving the church. These are facts outdated system living off 2 accounts R2G, HNWMC.

My comment is to the OP. Buddy if YOU want a lunch then grab your lunch and EAT IT!! Security is a job where they leave you to DO your job. Its NOT like YOU are going to be overburden with WORK!!! YOU patrol or walk your rounds and if YOU need something to eat YOU are YOUR OWN boss!!! YOU can eat whenever YOU like. I have worked security and I KNOW its a BORING job. Are YOU perhaps thinking that YOU are going to make a life with MINIMUM WAGE? LIFE isn't always FAIR, sometimes YOU have to do a job YOU don't like to make ends meet.

Bill McCoy is the general manager of Champion National Security. He is highly respected among the employees and has been so for 10 years. The accusations against him are completely false. The accusations would make you think Bill is a racists, but Bill is black. He is a fair and honest man. He does require that our secuity officers and management staff perform to the standards that are set by our clients. This is hardly slave driving. There has never been a single report that Bill has slept with any employees. Bill has a girl friend that does not work for our company. It would be my guess that this report was either written by a competitor or someone that Bill fired for not doing their job. Reading the complaint, I would assume that this guard was terminated for not being on a post and leaving it uncovered.
