Change Is Good Tree Service, Mike Kennedy Gus ,this could be the company owner or a shell name, BEWARE!!! Don't pre-pay for any service with this company. Whitehall, Ohio
Mike Kennedy and two men approached my house and stated they were looking for work. We needed two trees cut down and four stumps removed, which he quoted 300 for this work.
He did remove the two trees and trimmed some others. He told my wife that he would send the stump guy back to the house, since "the stump machine was backed up for a couple of days."
One month later and numerous phone calls to Heather and Mike, and we still have stumps not removed.
Mike gave my wife the name of a stump remover with the impression that this person would be removing the stumps we paid Mike to do. Well, this person did not have our information, and had not even spoken with Mike about getting paid to do our work. He quoted us less for the job than we paid Mike.
When people do not make any effort to do the right thing, they don't deserve to be in business. If you are reading this, unfortunately you have probably fallen victim to this business.

Mike came to my house and spoke with my wife on 8/19 about our trees with fireblight. After he quoted the work he gave my wife his cell number and said we could call with questions. I called him to ask more questions about removing the trees. He was very polite. I told him to proceed with removing the trees and they were here within the 2 hours to remove the trees. They were very professional and removed the trees very quickly. They also raked all the leave and blew all the debris off the driveway.
Mike told me the stumps would be ground on Saturday. I called Mike on Sunday to check as to why they haven't been ground. He informed me that due to an equipment issue he wouldn't be able to grind the stumps until Monday. Mike promptly came Monday afternoon and ground the stumps. Mike did not require any payment for services until he completed the services. I would gladly recommend Mike to anyone needing tree service
