Hello,
i would like to warn all people about www.vxchem.com,all contact details on their website. they are offering active pharmaceutical ingredients custom synthesis. i fall for the trick, before i made the payment the response time and service was great and they promised many good things. after i made the payment all went downhill and they scammed me big time.
i order 6kg of a custom chemical which they should manufacture for me in a agreed time frame, price and purity. then the problems began. first they dont delivered in the agreed time frame, so that i could not delivery the product to my customer so i lost the deal. i thought ok then when i gonna keep the chemical and might sell it to another customer. then finally 2months over the agreed delivery time i received a package but there was only 3.5kg instead of the expected 6kg. additionally to that they delivered me the 3.5kg in very low quality and the color of the powder was brown instead of white how it should be according to the british pharmacopeia. so great now i received finally 3.5kg but they are useless, i cant resell them with this color and appearance and this low quality. nobody will buy it.
the rest of the 6kg (2.5kg) they owed me they never shipped out.
first they promised me to refund my money so i sent them my bank account info but they never process the refund. then again nothing but excuses and lies and now 3 months ago they just got quite,no response to my emails or phone calls.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
if somebody experienced a similar case then please contact me and we will fight against them together. i have proof of everything, sales contracts, email and chat conversations.

Since May of this year(2011), we ordered more than 15 kg of the JWH Series and AM Series products from their company almost every month.
And at first they will deliver on time, but this month we ordered 12kg AM-2201 and 15.5kg of AM-2233 again for the upcoming Christmas and New Year, the delivery time is 7 days.
But I received all of our products until the 11th day and have not received any compensation for the weight or price.
