I am registered here just so I can make a comment. I had planned party for my son and over dozens of other companies I decided to go with this one just for 25$ cheaper. And I was wrong!!! I spoke to Matt ( owner) couple times and he was extremely rude each time. The last time I was paying and providing my information as he started to freaking out I am sacking him additional questions. He was very irritated and rude, started screaming just because I asked him to talk louder. I asked him not to scream politely and as a result he said, that's it, talk hire somebody else I am trying to help you here!!!! I was shocked and he hang up on me!!! I never saw such a bad customer service. And just to let you know I was about to pay 250$/hour!!! Thank God it didn't happened.
DO NOT use their service. Terrible!!!

First of all lets get something straight here. You are trying to deflect responsibility and distort reality. My company's reputation has NO bearing in what you people did. Forget about me for a second (For one second) YOU NO SHOWED one of the Characters ON THE DAY OF HIS Birthday Party and DISAPOINTED him and HIS CLASS! YOU CURSED at the DIRECTOR OF JUST CHILDREN. As for Reviews... What are there? Like 4-5 negative reviews? Printed? I think that is AWESOME!! After 8 years in business not in one state. My company is NATIONAL.

We are a children's character party service. Last week we were to send 2 characters (robin and wonder woman) to Sean Bradley son's daycare. Both entertainers contacted Sean Bradley the day before to confirm. Robin was there on time but wonder woman unfortunately had unforeseen car issues.
Sean Bradley of Dealer Synergy, already with a negative track record here on Ripoff Report called us screaming and using the most foul language we've ever heard (we have a voice mail from him which will be uploaded and posted very soon) ... so we tried to calm him down by sending a batman to the daycare at NO CHARGE and gave him a FULL REFUND on his credit card. But when the batman entertainer arrived, Sean Bradley yelled and screamed at him in front of the teachers and the children there. He then took the entertainer outside and threatened him physically and also called him and his mother the most vulgar names. (BTW the entertainer's mother he cursed had recently passed away)
So we are writing to you because we did a little research on this Sean Bradley and his company since he logged a complaint on your site. Seems Sean Bradley and his company Dealer Synergy already have a lengthy negative track record with ripoff report, google and the internet. Should people and their companies with ripoff reports already filed against them be
allowed to leave false negative reviews about others on your site??? The negative reports I've read about Sean Bradley on ripoff report and google paint a picture of a liar, hot head and a scam artist.
