Charles Mcintosh AKA Chuck Will not pay Rent or bills Caution. Has evictions... will damage your apartment and leave. Sherman Oaks California, Washington District of Columbia
Me and my wife lived in a 2 BD apt for almost a year now. 7 month ago we decided we needed to save on rent and let a couple rent the room from us.
We provided them with all furniture and refrigerator at no charge, since they couldn't afford it. As time passed by Charles turned to be ungreatful and a user. He is dirty he has serious anger issues. he was drinking all the time. His wife left him since he was verbally abusive to her. he claim to be religious and he has a play which he is trying to put in theatre.
Charles is a heavy set individual of an African American decent. he is wheel chair. (he might have been shot) He will get to verbal altercation often and will curse and throw objects. He will damage your apartment and leave you to pay the bill. In recent months it became unbearable, he never paid rent or electric and gas on time, and he trashed the place.
The carpets and the walls are in terrible shape. Last month he didn't pay rent nor bills at all when we confronted him with it he had threatened to "take it to the streets" and he refused to pay or leave after the 30 days. We had to call the police, they told me that the best thing to do is to leave the apt since it will take a while to evict him. We lost the rent and the deposit and all the stuff that was lent to him is either broken or in a bad shape. Later we found out that he was already evicted in the past.
He awes us over $3000
Please use caution when dealing with this person he will not pay you and expect you to pick up after him, he is dirty and your house/apartment will smell like urine.
