Charlie Serrano Charles Serrano Loan Modification/Fraud/Scammer Rancho Cucamonga, California
We along with several others were referred to Charlie Serrano for a loan modification. He took $1200 from us and no modificationn has been done, we could lose our house because of this. He doesn't return phone calls and always has some kind of excuse at the ready.
His wife Grace is a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams on White Oak in Rancho Cucamonga. (909)559-5332
I am sure her knowledge of his fraudulent activity could cost her job.
They live at 11660 Church St. #87 The Homecoming appartments in Rancho Cucamonga.
He works for Diversified Real Estate Consultants in Rancho Cucamonga and also for Formula Auto Sales off of Juniper in Fontana - (909)428-8088.
Please do not do business with either of these people.

charlie serrano is a well known thief who stole money from people losing their home " with Loan Modifications" He worked for Formula Auto Sales for about 3 months and did not do loan modifications. He was well liked until the owner got sick almost died he was in the hospital for 45 days! Mean while serrano kept the down payments, took a car without permission. Long Story short He will not be robbing anytime soon! Serrano WILL be arrested for embezzlement on 10/19/2011. he stole $8,200 dollars from the company! Police officers picked up the files today 10/18/2011. Serrano would generate receipts and give to clients he did not rip off all clients but he kept our down payments when in cash. Serrano, left behind porno dvd's every where he even left one in the waiting room dvd 39" t.v. We have a rock solid case, he had 2 warrants. I hope every person he defrauted reads this. I wish for the name of our company to be removed from his post please. Call me anytime if anyone has questions or comments. 909-428-8088. "WE GOT EM"
