Michigan is not the only state where Charter is ripping people off. I have had nothing but a bad experience with charter. They take my money every month, but when I schedule appointments for ongoing issues with my phone and internet connection to be finally fixed, once and for all, its a no show, and they file thier report that they came and fixed the issue, which is out and out lie. Anyone even considering charter services, BEWARE!!!
