 Recently, Charter Cable and Internet service didn't send us a monthly statement. After going to their service center. I was told that I could bundle my cable and internet service for a 2 year contract and be locked in to a monthly charge of  $89.00 per month. This was because the price kept going up. They could not explain why they missed a statement to me but it was soon clear. It was some kind of marketing trick. I signed up for the locked in for 2 year amount and it was supposed to be lower than my current amount at that time. The first statement came in and it was as they said, price wise anyhow. then the next statement came in and it was $9.00 more. When I called cusomer service, they could not really explain it to me because of the confusion on the statements. The moral to this story is: Don't bundle with Charter, they don't live up to their agreement and they continue the 9 or 10 $ increases at will with no proper explaination. Be Carefull!
