We had a Chase credit card. My ex and I broke up and we decided he would pay our account with Chase and I would pay others. He then decided he could not pay this and I had no choice but to take responsibility.

I tried to work with this company to no end. They continuously raised our interest due to one late payment he had made on the account.

I explained the situation to them. It was not my card to begin with. They could look back and see that the balance was accumulated before I was even added; however I was trying to get them paid.

They finally settled the account with me and I had them take this from my checking account.

I still to this day have this account showing as a charge off and collection on my credit reports even though I paid this company. My current partner has a card with them and we have had nothing but problems on his as well. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. I cannot wait until we can pay this card off or transfer it to a more reputable company.

My sister received a card from them and has also had nothing but problems. This company is rude, unwilling to work with you and is a ripoff. They continuously raise the interest rates and unlike other companies will not once be willing to work with you on anything.
