Over three years ago I closed my Chase accounts, because the interest rate was raised for no reason. I chose Chase because of the lower interest rates and I was assured the rates where locked in rates. I always paid and still do pay my payments on time. I have written, called and still I'm paying credit cards that do not lower monthly balances. I pay slightly over like five or ten dollars each month. In fact, my accounts have raised on closed accounts that I paid over on. I have called Chase multiple times and still no one will give me a reason why. They understand that it does not make sense, but still my accounts increase. One person did discover they the interest rate charged was slightly less than it should have been so it appeared as though I did not make a full payment, but indeed, I did make the correct payment indicated on the bill. Another time I recieved a letter from Chase after multiple attempts on my part to get them to understand that there was a problem with all my accounts. The letter indicated that my interest rate was to be 7.99 percent, but I'm still paying 29.95 percent. They Chase, has never lowered the interest rate like indicated in writing. I have called the past two months asking for a supervisor to call..I'm still waiting for the call. Further, I have not been able to speak with a superviors regarding my accounts. The customer service people say they understand but no body has flagged my accounts to review them and make these corrections that have gone on now for years. This has and still does have an effect on my credit status. It causes me dissress and financial hardship. I clearly do not understand how my accounts increase when they are closed and I do not understand why my interest rates were raised to begin with. This week when I called Chase customer service regarding my years of concern regarding being ripped off. I finally asked for an audit of all my accounts the customer service person gave me the po box to write and request a full audit of my accounts. Please help me! I have spent years on getting Chase to understand I'm not stupid and I know I'm being ripped off. My words have fallen on deaf ears. Perhaps, my writing to them might change things, but if they years of my attempts are an example than I'm not counting on it.

I want to file a class action law suit against Chase for the years of hardship I have endure and still endure. The financial hardship to overwhelming and this also affect my credit history as well as my credit report.
