six years tried to get sister in law to live up to her promise of re mortgaging property that she wanted.
talked to bank too many times to list in this effort now chase is forclosing on property and trying to get over due payments even after i deeded the property to the sister in law.

the deed is recorded in nye county nevada and also faxed them to chase upon their request.
the bank has given me the run around and told me to call and fax documents to five differant locations with in the united states have not talked to the same person on any of these calls and had to restate the issue in its entirity each time.
It seems that this company does not know what anyone is doing within their walls and does not care.

I have completed paperwork for loan modifcation three times on another home that i am being foreclosed on also in Michigan.chase owns the tittle on this home also under another name midwest loans.

I have had it my home are going my mind is going and my live is slipping away fastwhere is a real plan to help the people that made these banks in the first place the only god they know is the almighty dollar.

who will fight for the little guys who work all their life to get a home then have it taken away from them.

"chase is forclosing on property and trying to get over due payments even after i deeded the property to the sister in law."

I assume from your post that you were on the mortgage for this house.  Simply signing over the house to your sister in law does not get you off the hook.  You signed an agreement with the lender to pay the mortgage back.   Signing away the property does not affect your agreement with the mortgate holder.

"six years tried to get sister in law to live up to her promise of re mortgaging property that she wanted."

So, you knew that your sister in law would have to remortgage the property in her name in order to get you off the hook.  I would guess that she either doesn't care about your financial situation, or she was not qualified to refinance under her own credit.   You seem to be aware that it was your sister in law who has screwed you over.   Why are you complaining about the lender?  They just want you to do what you promised to do.
