Chase Mastercard JP MORGAN CHASE , CHASE FRAUDULENT, MALICIOUS, INTENTIONAL, DECEPTIVE,UNDESERVED LATE FEES ON MY CAHSE MASTER CARD IS A VIOLATION OF THE FAIR DEBT AND COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT, ITEM WAS RETURNED TO STORE!!! NEW YORK, New York
I HAVE A CHASE MASTER CARD AND WAS CHARGED A LATE FEE EVEN THOUGH ITEMS WERE RETURNED TO THE STORE NAD THE REMAINING BALANCE FOR THAT STATEMENT WAS PAID IN FULL.
I SUSPECT CHASE INTENTIONALLY DID THIS BECAUSE THE LATE FEE APPPEARED ON THE SAME STATEMENT THAT THE CREDIT WAS ISSUED.
On or about October 19, 2008 Chase fraudulently billed me on my statement which ended on October 28, 2008 (Due Date: Nov 17, 2008) for $15.00 in late fees even though at that time there was a zero balance on the account as a result of items were returned to the store.
