CHAUNCEE NICOLE MARKS, DEMITRIC ARNOLD, DIAMONDS AND DENIM LUXE CORP. 1 MONTH AGO I SENT $7000 DOLLARS, NO REFUND, NO PRODUCTS, SHE STOLE MY MONEY.... CHARLOTTE North Carolina
I sent to chauncee nicole marks and demitric arnold $7000 dollars on may 2009 for 40 cellphones (htc diamonds) brand new in box.. Every they they were telling me that day i was to recive the tracking number and nothing. After almost 1 konth i asked for the refund but they said they dont do refund so i told her that if she refund me the money i will deposit $29000 dollars for 140 cellphones, that was a lie only to get my refund..
On saturday june 20 2009 she went to the bank to make the refund and 20' after she made it i went to the bank to take the money and inmediatly a refund 2 buyers that were watting for the phones or the refund.. that saturday later i told her that i dont gonna deposit any money that i lied to her only to get the refund, so on monday june 22 2009 she return to the bank nad told them that she sent the money to the wrong costumer, they belive in her and without any money in my account they gave the money back to her and now my account is overdraft in $7000 dollars..
I cant belive the bank reverse the deposit.. I need help please, the bank said that she was the person that made the deposit and was her money thats why they belive in her... This person ruin my bussines and my life... I need please someone to tell me what i can do.. Thank you so much!!

Im very sorry to hear what happend to you & also I am not surprised!! I hope you have filed charges against them!! Her address is 2300 Birchcrest dr Charlotte Nc 28205 that is where she lives with her parents!! She is a COMPLETE FRAUD!!! Dont give up & get your $$ back!!!

This company which by the way i work for is very well known for stealing and ripping people off! The police & FBI are investagating them and If u are the Mr. Sam I think you are well You are in for it also!! We have your banking info as well and its not nice what you said to that poor customer who was ripped off!! I actually think you are a stupid f**k who needs to go back to there country!! i think your both liars. She stole money from you, and you could have had a legal complaint for services not rendered, but you screwed it up by lying to her to get your money back, only to be screwed in return. This board is for serious complaints, and yours ain't it. To quote one of my favorite movie lines, "There's nothing more relgiously moving, than cheating on a cheater." -Maverick. Suck it up and take the loss, and be straight forward in your business dealings from now on.
