I received a phone call on May 11, 2009 about receiving big discounts on airline tickets and was told I could take a trip as soon as the weekend. I wrote down important information and asked important questions. I then gave up my credit card #, name, address and was charged $108.95. I was told I would be charged $99.95 but was not. I then knew something was kind of weird.

I immediately went on their web site to book a flight to Las Vegas for the weekend. When I noticed the prices were no different from regular travel sites, I called them and asked for a refund.

It was the next day and I was told the mailing materials were already sent out and to simply return them and I would receive the refund. Well, I waited and waited and no materials were mailed. I called back a couple of weeks later and was told the materials were returned to them due to a bad address. They then told me the refund is being processed and it'll take approxmately 2-3 billing cycles to post back to my credit card. Well, I'm still waiting.

I've called month after month trying to give them time to resolve this issue, but nothing. I feel I was totally scammed because I didn't receive the airline ticket material or the refund. Cheap tickets are a total scam. Don't trust them.
