Bought International tikets for my wife and daughter so they could go to Colombia.  We changed our flight to get a different layover in Orlando instead of Miami.  After many negotiations we got them to only charge us only $120 additional.  Everything seemed OK as we recieved our itinerary.  That all changed 3 days before there departure. 

They called us to say the flight was unavailable and they needed to refund the money and rebook.   Oh, and get this,  they said the refund was going to take 8 to 12 weeks!  So effectively, they where going to DOUBLE charge me for the flight.  Alas,  after screaming on the phone for an hour,  I finally got them to give me my original itenerary.

Although my daughter and wife took off on there trip without a hitch.  That was not the end of my troubles.  When my wife and daughter tried to board there international return flight, it turns out it was NEVER booked.  I had buy an additional two tickets to get my family home.  I have demanded a refund and so far I have been hung up on 3 times,  and my case has been passed like a hot potato to three separate agents in the escalations department.  I feel that I will have to file with my bank.

Never deal with this company as they do this same thing to other travelers hundreds of times a month!  I think this is why they say the refund takes 8 to 12 weeks.  This gives them the chance to scam someone else to pay off the pissed off people they rip off!
