I receive permanent message on the screen on my lap top saying that my copy of windows 7 64 bit professional is not genuine. I also contacted paypal and filed a claim. I would like a refund of the amount that I paid. The software that was sold to me, was not for resale at all.            I do not want to have to file with the Texas Attorneys general Office or the Federal trade commission, or turning it over to Microsoft fraud division. but if I am forced to do so I will.            I am only looking for a refund of my purchase price.

i will mail you a check once i receive the package back undamaged...because the paypal account is closed has been closed for almost 4 months now... so either you can mail the item back undamaged or take the lose... You sold me software with a expiration date of 2 month, that was not for resale use, that it against the law. now you are saying its been 6 months, can you read a calendar ?  84 Days in all, no even business day's.You ask me for my pay-pal address, and say that you will refund me, and now you pull this on me !Your are giving me other recourse then to file against your company. You have had my home address for some time now, you could have sent the refund to me as I request of you Via the U.S.Mail. with a money order like I told you in my email, but you did not. It seam that you have no other intention but to rip me off.I will give you one last time, send the refund to me via the U.S. Mail, or I will follow through on what I said. I want a delivery confirmation number by 02/22/2011. Or I am filing against you with every one I can possible file with !
