They called almost everyone in my family for several weeks trying to get my daughter intimidated to the point of caving in. Fortunately I discovered right away these people were sorry, sacks of s***.
After several "notices of intent" and "coming to your residence or place of employment" warnings came and went the calls finally stopped....for a while.
A couple weeks ago I started getting calls from the same fools saying Kimberly Garcia was guilty of the same s**t they accused my daughter of. Nobody in my house has ever heard of Kimberly Garcia.
The most important part of this situation is to realize you can't be arrested for owing someone money. Threats are just that, threats and nothing more. If you have a call blocking feature on your phone start using it. I have one and I must have almost a hundred numbers in it, theirs and every telemarketer that calls along with the hang up calls. When someone calls from one of these numbers the call is blocked and you never even know it until you check your app.
