Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My story is not much different than others. I bounced a couple of checks to my dentist following a large check bounced on me. I still have not received all my money back, but that does not matter to the world of CheckCare. All that seems to matter is what CheckCare can get a way with while harassing me while trying to collect their fees.

They seem to think over there that they are the only ones capable of recording a phone conversation.

Men by the aliases Jimmy Lee, Kyle, Kevin and others have called me several times a week at my personal Cell phone (which is OK I guess) and even at both of my jobs. I have asked them on two previous occasions not to contact me at my employer but they are not concerned with the law. Only in getting as much money as fast as they can. Anything goes with these people. They have repeated lied, threatened me with jail and arrest, as well as played some kind of twisted role game where they play off one another to get more money on a payment than agreed. They have on three occasions submitted unauthorized charge amounts against my bank account. An account I have had for ten years. It became so bad that my Banker actually recommended I close my acct and reopen with a new account just to stop these unscrupulous people from charging my acct with continued unauthorized fees and charges. To date I have almost $200.00 in bank fees resulting from their unauthorized charges which are above and beyond the NSF fees originally charged for my bounced check. On two occasions I was told while making a payment by the guy taking my payment that he had my Credit Card written down right here! Today they made their third call to my new employer causing me a great deal of hardship with my new employer. Now, I have just had it and I’m going to take this to the state commissioners office, state attorney general and anyone else who will hear my pleading. These people must account for their lawless practices and unethical tricks to con people out of money they should not have to pay! Surely I am not alone. Look, I get it, I bounced a check, I should have to pay for it. That is to say.. the check and an additional fee. Not multiple fees over and over again. This treacherous and predatory collection company must have a trail of screwed over victims a mile long. Maybe, if other victims come forward, we can get them to exercise more civilized, lawful practices.
