I never really had trouble at Checkers Stockbridge. The employees usually are friendly.



I usually come on sundays but i got off of work saturday night on the 4th of September because i was hungry and i just absolutely love Checker fries.



So as i patiently waited at the window, this small latino female came and told me to hold on a second please. and i am comprehensive because they were busy, so finally another female comes and takes my order, she was the shift leader that night, i suppose for that is what her name tag stated. So i gave the shift leader my order, which was the Number 2 Baconzilla medium AND addition to that, a Fully Loaded Fry, for MY co-worker, and so i waited what seemed like an eternity. After my wait i finally received my order, i walked back to my car, my coworker already ready to leave. We got to the intersection light the one right infront of walmart, and noticed my MEDIUM fry was missing. The Loaded fry was there, but my fry to go with my combo? No where to be found.



So inconveniently we drove BACK to Checkers and the young latino/hispanic female approached the windown, and asked if she can take my order, i told her that about my missing fry as frusturated that i was! and she seemed happy to help me, she asked for my receipt and asked me if i had upgraded my fry to a fully loaded. i replied no, i told the other woman "AND ADDITION TO MY COMBO, A FULLY LOADED FRY" and i have nothing in the bag but a burger and the fully loaded fry!! and she politely asked me to hold on so that she can speak to her shift lead. (some shift leader she was) So the shift leader comes, and asks whats the problem? i told her the situation and she gave me such a bad attitude, telling me what i did and did not do, and how I did not make MYSELF clear enough! Then she says "THAT'LL BE $2.02" EXCUSE ME!? did i not just pay for my food and your CHARGING ME! and so at this poing i was highly upset. i asked her why is she charging me, then afterwards i told her "i want my money back" she replies "OKAY THEN WE DONT NEED TO BE TALKING THEN!!"



A couple of minutes later, she returns with my money, but she doesn't hand it to me, she THROWS it at me. She delibrately throws MY money on the FLOOR! having ME pick it up, i was HUMILIATED! in front of her employees, and the other customers, then she attempts to slam the door, and the hispanic female asks her "why would you throw her money on the floor? that was rude" and the shift leader responds "her nappy *** needs to go somewhere!" i was highly offended, for now on i will be taking my business elsewhere. As to your other employees, the hispanic female, and the female who was making the sandwhiches, i advise you to address them a DIFFERENT shift leader.

I would've thrown your money on the ground, too if you treated me like that. You were obviously out of line.
