This catering event with Chef Cassy's cuisine was terrible! Our party started at 5pm; she told me she would be there around 2:30 to 3pm - she arrived at 4:30. this caused for confusion and my guests were not greeted at the door as I had asked. I requested 2 servers. Without consulting me she showed up with one server, also late and a bartender with an attitude. She told me what she expected as a tip and told me if I paid in cash, there would be no tax. She later rescinded that statement. What you see is not what you get with her. I would definitely not use her again and I would caution anyone else from using her.
